Scott Richard Price
20 March, 1977 – 18 September, 2024

Passed away unexpectedly on September 18, 2024 at
Cambridge Memorial Hospital at the age of 47.

Cherished by his loving wife Cheynne, son Aspen and daughter Jordyn (Nick). Devoted poppy to Kayden, Dakota, Zayn and Emmett Scott. Lovingly remembered by his parents Richard and Linda and in-laws Jeff and Nina. Fondly remembered by his siblings Christie (Richard), Brad (Nikkie), sister-in-law Sharmane and brother-in-law Jeffrey (Amanda). He will forever remain in the hearts of his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Scotty lived a life full of passion, joy, and love. From his early days playing with Cambridge Minor Hockey, to his years coaching Aspens hockey team, Scotty was always happiest when he was on or near the ice. His dedication and enthusiasm extended far beyond the rink. As much as he loved the game, his heart truly belonged to his family.

An avid golfer and fisherman, Scotty found peace in nature and excitement in every cast and swing. But perhaps nothing matched his passion for football and hockey. His die-hard allegiance to the Buffalo Bills and Toronto Maple Leafs was something everyone who spent time with him around the pool came to know well. Often over a cold drink, always with a smile. He loved his work family from the Saputo and his squash buddies meant the world to him.

Family was the center of Scotty’s world. He took immense pride in raising his kids and his grandkids. He was their biggest fan, their strongest support, and their proudest cheerleader. His devotion to them, along with his work and community, was a reflection of the generous, spirited, and loving man he was.

Scotty was truly one of a kind, a man who left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. His warmth, humour, and unwavering loyalty will be deeply missed. No one will ever take his place.
